Olympia Stavrou Parker Scholarship

Through a gift from Susan Parker-Hotchkiss and her family, the Olympia Stravrou Parker Scholarship has been established. Ms Parker was Ms Parker-Hotchkiss's mother.

Eligibility:
Female students with continuing status, enrolled full-time at U.A., with demonstrated financial need.

Preference will be given to:
1. First generation students, i.e., first in family to go to college
2. Students with a 3.0 GPA and demonstrated leadership abilities
3. Gender & Women's Studies Majors. *If no suitable candidate in GWS. is found, preference will then be given to History or Political Science majors.

The Award:
$2,000 annually, renewable up to three years, given that the recipient maintains eligibility. The award will be given to no more than two students each year.
