Barbara Ann AtwoodJ.D., Professor, College of Law
Dr. Atwood teaches in the areas of civil procedure and family law, and her scholarly work focuses on procedural disputes impacting family law and policy as well as jurisdictional and policy questions relating to American Indian children, a theme on which she recently completed a series of four articles. She also has explored issues of gender discrimination in her teaching and scholarship. She recently published A Courtroom of Her Own: The Life of Work of Judge Mary Anne Richey (1998, Carolina Academic Press).
