Cheryl Knott Malone
Ph.D., Associate Professor, School of Information Resources and Library Science

Dr. Malone's research focuses on the history of racially segregated public libraries in the U.S. South. Her other interests include the construction of gender in the information professions and conceptualizations of the "Information Sector" as an economic entity. She teaches courses on government publications, social constructs of information, information literacy instruction, and online searching.
